Background: Adnexal masses can be either a physiological luteal cyst, benign tubo-ovarian mass or malignancy. Methods: This retrospective carried out department obstetrics gynecology tertiary care hospital from May-2019 April-2022. Women sonographically diagnosed were evaluated. Data regarding ultrasound findings, markers, RMI score management done recorded medical record charts. Descriptive statistics applied results shown form frequencies percentages.
